After completing post-graduate training with the College of Executive Coaching, Andrew became an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition to offering individual coaching sessions, he also leads workshops throughout the year. Andrew’s philosophy of coaching is based on a direct, honest, and collaborative approach with clients in order to provide direction during any life transition.
In 1988, Andrew completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from
the University of Massachusetts at Amherst before transitioning to the
West Coast. Since completing a Master of Social Welfare degree from UCLA
in 1991, he has worked with individuals, couples, families, groups,
and
workshops in his practice.
His professional background includes being a lecturer with the UCLA School of Medicine Doctoring Program teaching second-year medical students, and he has been an invited speaker for numerous organizations and community groups. As founder and facilitator of a workshop entitled “Following The Rhythm Within,” he introduces techniques and tools from both positive psychology and coaching.
He is a member, and follows, the ethical
guidelines from the International Coach Federation and the National Association
of Social Workers.
